Today I told my nephew Aaron that it is summer now (I know it's not officially summer, but in my mind June=summer). Aaron says, "Yay! It's summer! Now we can get out the pools!" Ever since early spring, the boys have been asking if we can get out the baby pools and slip n' slide. I always told them, "Not until summer!" So, today I was feeling nice, and we got out three pools and the slip n' slide. The boys were so excited, and it was a nice, warm day for it! The water was absolutely freezing, but they didn't seem to care! I cannot wait for more warm summer days where I can watch the kids jump and splash around! It's the simple things in life that make them happy!
