Too funny!

A Glimpse of my Typical Thursday Morning

Every Thursday morning I do the childcare for the Women's Bible Study at my church. I pack up the 5 kids I already have at my house for daycare, and we go and play at church for an hour and a half. I typically have 15-17 kids total. It sounds crazy, but it is usually lots of fun. We play in cupboards and build "doggy cages" with chairs. We have a snack, watch a movie, and on my bravest days, I do a craft with the kids. It's a great way to get out of the house and it gives my kids the opportunity to build new friendships. I have really gotten to know the kids who come each week, and we have so much fun together. Also, all the Bible Study ladies throw in some money for me, so it's some much-needed cash in my pocket too! Here are some pictures of the kids from this morning's play time!

2 Babies and A Little Lady

Rylee is such a good little mommy. Here she is pulling Ty and Tyson around in a little wagon. I don't know how she got them both in there, but they both had HUGE smiles on their faces!

Rylee Lost her 1st Tooth!

Rylee is growing up soooo fast! On Sunday she lost her first tooth. It has been wiggly for about 2 weeks, and when she pulled a hooded sweatshirt over head, it just popped right out! She was so excited to put the tooth under her pillow. The next morning she found a dollar under her pillow (the tooth fairy's husband is very CHEAP!!!!). She couldn't wait to go back to school and tell her teacher and classmates. What an exciting day for Rylee!

My Little Catholic Children!

The other day the kids were playing "church." They had crackers for the bread and water for the wine. It was so funny! I'm not sure why they stood on the buckets! This cracks me up because I used to play church when I was little too.

Happy 2008!!!

Happy New Year to you all! I hope this is a healthy and happy year for everyone! Here are some belated Christmas pictures from our Allen Christmas. I can't say enough how blessed I feel to have such a great family. We really enjoyed spending time with our family on Christmas this year. Family is something that should NEVER be taken for granted!!
